NYMR | GALA DAY 1 | 2022 4498 is named Sir Nigel Gresley after the designer of this locomotive class, the A4. It is same class as the Dwight D Eisenhower loco in the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, WI. This is the class that the Mallard is in which set and still holds the fastest officially recorded steam loco run. |
